Notifly

Notifly is a Shopify app created by Little Forge Digital. When you install the app on your store, Shopify shares certain information with us so the app can function.

What we receive from merchants

• Your store name and URL
• Product inventory and pricing data (to monitor trigger conditions)
• App settings you configure inside Notifly

Customer subscriber data

When customers subscribe to notifications through your store, Notifly collects and stores the following on behalf of the merchant:

• Email address (if subscribing to email notifications)
• Phone number (if subscribing to SMS notifications)
• The product and price threshold they subscribed to

This data is used solely to deliver the notifications the customer requested. It is never sold or shared beyond what is necessary to deliver the service.

Third-party services

Notifly uses the following third-party providers to deliver its service:

• Resend — email delivery
• Twilio — SMS delivery
• Railway — application hosting
• BetterStack — logging and monitoring

Each provider processes data only as necessary to perform their function.

GDPR compliance

Notifly implements Shopify's mandatory GDPR webhooks. Upon receiving a customer data request or erasure request, we process it promptly. Merchants can also contact us directly at [email protected] to request data deletion.

Data retention

If you uninstall Notifly, Shopify automatically revokes our access to your store. Any settings or data stored for your app configuration are removed shortly after.
